Where Is 700 South Deli Located?
We are in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. Located at 700 South Hammonds Ferry Road, which is in close proximity to the Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI Airport) -Click NEED A MAP for complete directions.

In What Geographic Area Does 700 South Deli Offer Delivery Service?
We provide catering services and delivery in and around the Baltimore area primarily in the South & West of the city. We also provide service within 20 miles of the BWI Airport.

Does 700 South Offer Service For Eat-In Or Carry Out Orders?
We also offer the same great food in our new deli/cafe, located at 1190 Winterson Road off West Nursery Road, open Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am - 4:00 pm. We offer quality food and service in a state of the art setting, and on those beautiful days, we invite you to enjoy your lunch on our outside patio.

Does 700 South Charge For Delivery?
We offer FREE Delivery within a 5 mile radius (with a $30 minimum order). Beyond the 5 mile radius there are modest delivery fees for different areas. For more information call the deli for a quote on deliveries outside the 5 mile radius. Delivery Fees are not currently included as part of the online ordering process. Any Delivery fees will be added to your delivery Invoice or Delivery Ticket prior to delivery.

Do You Have Billing Options For Business & Corporate Customers?
Yes we offer Corporate Catering Accounts with periodic billing for those with approved credit who want to utilize us on a continuous basis.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Breakfast orders-you must fax or call us no later than 5:00 am on the day of the event.
Lunch orders- you must call or fax us no later than 9:00 am on the day of the event .

DO NOT consider your order cancelled until you receive a confirmation from us!
DO NOT e-mail your cancellation request!
Eat-in or pick-up orders placed on line may not be cancelled.

Is There A Charge For Cancelling An Order ?
There may be a charge for orders that have been prepared which include perishable items.

What Methods Of Payment Are Accepted?
We accept All Major Credit & Debit cards as well as checks or cash. We also offer Corporate Catering Accounts (Open Account) for our Corporate customers. You may even use our Gift card as a convenient way to manage and pay for on line orders.

What's the difference between a Registered Customer and a Corporate Catering Account?
Registered customers are individuals or businesses that order by cash, check or a credit card. A Corporate Catering Account is a Billing account issued by 700 South Deli, available to any size business which qualifies. A company may apply for a corporate account, by (fax 410-859-8889), or by calling 410-859-1700 and asking for the Corporate Account Credit Manager.

What do I need to do if I want to place orders ON Line?
You must first complete a New Customer Registration. Please take a moment to complete the short registration form. As soon as we receive your application you will be able to place Credit card and cash orders on line for Eat-In, Delivery or Pick-up. Customers who wish to open a billing account must also complete a credit application, available by calling or emailing the Deli.

Who may order on line?
Online ordering is open for Individuals ordering for eat-in, carry out, or delivery. Businesses or Corporate customers can place ordersr for pick up or delivery.

What is our Privacy Policy?
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when placing an order on our website.  We use your credit card number to charge your final order after delivery.  Our Host Server for Online Ordering is protected by Verisign Corporation, one of the most trusted for security in the industry. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties.

Can I Enter Special requirements For My Individual Items I Have Ordered?
Yes there is a (SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS this order only) box which may be used as necessary. Please be clear & concise with your needs.

What If I Don’t Receive An E-Mail Confirmation Of My Order?
Call the Deli and speak with one of our order consultants who will verify receipt of your order.

What If My Company Has An Existing Corporate Catering Account (Open Billing) with 700 South Deli?
You will still need to complete the New Customer Registration form for ordering online. For billing purposes your existing account number will not change.

When are credit cards transactions processed?
They are not processed until the day of the event.

Can I just Visit your Menu Pages?
Yes, you must first log on as a GUEST (This is a more convenient way if you are not ready to place an order). You can even download our menus to your computer for future reference.

Can I Place Multiple Orders For The Same Day Or Multiple Days?
Yes. You may place as many orders as you wish for any date or time Each order is entered separately and processed individually by us. You may utilize the Order History to assist you in entering new orders which are similar to those in your Order History.

  1. Review your Order History.
  2. Pick an order which is similar to the one you want to create.
  3. Click on the Order # which will show all details of the order.
  4. If it is the one you want to use, select <Place This Order>. This action will put the selected order in the Order Basket. At this point you can modify the order as you wish.-Add or delete menu Items, change quantities, delivery info, and payment methods.

NOTE: You cannot change options for items which were created using your Order History. You must delete the menu item(s) and then add new items where you can select the options you want.

How do I change the options for items in my Order Basket?
You must delete the menu item(s) and then add new items where you can select the options you want before putting them in your Order Basket.

What if my Email Address Changes after I register?
Log in with your original email address & password, select <Edit My Profile> and change any information including your new Email address and password. Then click <Update My Profile>.

What if my organization is TAX EXEMPT?
Enter your tax Exempt information in the Special Instructions for this order Box and fax a copy of your tax status to the Deli. The sales tax will be deducted from your delivery Receipt or Invoice.

Is there a time limit when placing an On-Line order for next morning delivery?
Yes, please do not enter an order for next morning delivery after 3:30 PM, the day before.

I want to place an order for Pick-up or Eat-In at the Deli. What time can I come in to do either?
You may pick up an order between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. You may eat at the deli between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm

What if I have already placed an order and want to place another order with a different Delivery Address or Delivery Instructions for an existing address?
There are 2 ways to change Delivery Information:

  1. <Log out> and then <log-in> again. This will allow the Add Location screen to come up. Click on the <Add/Edit Delivery Location> button.
  2. You can Add a New Delivery Location & Special Delivery Instructions from the Order Information Screen or the Order Basket Screen by clicking on <Add Location/Payment> Button.

How are Tips or Gratuity handled with on-Line ordering? I don’t see a place to enter one if I so desire.
You may put an amount or a % in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX. Example Please add $10 tip to my order - or add 10% tip to my order – or add ??% to my order.
